Job summary

Four Seasons Vail invites applications for a Server Assistant (PT/FT) at Tavernetta Vail, part of the Four Seasons Resort. You will support bartenders and servers, stock supplies, clear tables, and help deliver and reset during dinner service, ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires English fluency, US work authorization, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours; Spanish is a plus. This is an on-site position in Vail, Colorado with competitive hourly wages and gratuities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team.
• English fluency required; Spanish preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bartender and Server by stocking supplies, clearing tables and resetting surfaces.
• Deliver food and beverages and clear dishes during dinner service.
• Provide friendly guest service and support to ensure a smooth dining experience.

About the Role:

The Server Assistant serves guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest requests. They will assist with delivering food and beverages and clearing dishes and resetting tables during dinner service .

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a fast - paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience .
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• T his role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8 + hours.

Schedule & Hours:

This can be a full- time or part-time position. A successful candidate will have the ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts , weekends, and holidays.
