Restaurant Assistant Manager – Tavernetta Vail - $2k Signing Bonus: $500 on first paycheck, $500 after 60 days and $1k after 90 days.

About the Role
This full-time position is part of our Food and Beverage Management team. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall success and prosperity of the restaurant from both a guest and employee perspective with an emphasis on driving quality of service, guest recognition and Open Table management to maximize cover capacity.
What You Will Do
- Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure that professional, courteous and efficient guest service is offered, following the standards and sequence of service.
- Establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock.
- Handle guest service enhancements and glitch resolution in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction.
- Staying current with F&B offerings and collaborating with GM on VIP experiences, enhancements, and pop-ups.
- Perform pre-shifts to ensure that each employee has a professional personal appearance, as well as a professional, warm and sincere posture.
- Responsible for staff communication, training, coaching, documenting any training, disciplinary records and/or absenteeism and periodically evaluating performance.
- They will manage all daily activities as well as assist in development and planning for future events in the outlet.
What You Bring
- Two + year's experience years of previous experience as a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food and Beverage. Previous Experience in hotel and fine dining preferred.
- Requires the ability to operate computer equipment and knowledge of Open Table and Microsoft applications. Previous experience with MICROS or other POS systems required.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Elevated Leadership skills and cross-cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation.
- Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
- Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
