Job summary

Four Seasons in Colorado (Vail) is seeking a Remedy Host to greet guests, seat diners, and manage reservations with a friendly, professional approach. You may work in multiple outlets and handle inquiries, phone calls, and new reservations, delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have prior fast-paced F&B experience, can operate a computer, and communicate well in English; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced Food & Beverage environment.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Strong communication skills with guests.
• English fluency required; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests while coordinating reservations and inquiries to maximize satisfaction.
• Answer phones, confirm reservations, and create new ones as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and problems in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Be adaptable to work across different F&B outlets as required.

Remedy Host PT/FT

About the role:

The Host is the guest's first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences.

What you will do:

• Responsible for greeting and seating guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• This position will also be responsible for answering the phones, confirming reservations and making new reservations.
• This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.
• A bility to operate computer equipment.
• T his role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a part-time or full-time position. A successful candidate will have the availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
