Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is hiring a Back Server for both part-time and full-time schedules. You will support the Bartender and Server, stock supplies, clear tables, and help deliver food and beverages during dinner service.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, can multitask, communicate clearly with the team, and maintain a high level of guest service. English fluency and US work authorization are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food & beverage environments.
• Ability to multitask and communicate with the server/bar team.
• Good communication skills due to direct guest contact.
• Fluency in English; US work authorization required; Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Stock supplies and assist with deliveries.

Remedy Back Server PT/FT

About the Role:

The Back Server serves guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest requests. They will assist with delivering food and beverages and clearing dishes and resetting tables during dinner service.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

Schedule & Hours:

This can be a full-time or part-time position. A successful candidate will have the ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
