Four Seasons in Vail, Colorado is seeking a Remedy Server for the Winter Seasonal period. This full‑time role on the Food & Beverage Team delivers an expertly served dining experience through menu and wine knowledge and attentive service. Two or more years of high‑end restaurant server experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sale system.
• Deliver and clear guest food and assist with guest needs during service in a timely manner.
• Upsell patrons on higher-priced wine and food items to achieve department sales goals.
• Close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments.
• Coordinate with team members for support and accuracy of service.

Remedy Server PT/FT Winter Seasonal - Late Oct Start

About The Role

The position is a full-time position on the Food & Beverage Team. The main priority of this role is to provide an expertly served dining experience through anticipating the guests' needs and an being expert dining menus including ingredients and preparation as well as wine and cocktail knowledge and service.

What You Will Do

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods.
• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sale system.
• Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner.
• Upsell patrons on higher priced wine and food items to achieve the sales goals of the department.
• Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments.
• Communicate with other team members for support and accuracy of table service delivery.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting required.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.
