Job summary

Four Seasons Vail is seeking a Back Server Assistant for Tavernetta Vail to support the Bartender and Server, stock supplies, clear tables, and assist with delivering food and beverages during dinner service. This role can be full-time or part-time, requires English fluency and guest-facing communication, and you must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

Spanish is a plus. We offer $12.74 per hour plus gratuities, Winter Season Lifestyle Benefit, Merchant Pass, 401(k) matching, and development

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork with servers and bartenders.
• Excellent communication with guests is required.
• English fluency is required; US work authorization; Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bartender and Server to stock supplies and clear tables.
• Deliver food and beverages and clear dishes during service.
• Reset tables and support dinner service tasks.

About The Role

The Back Server serves guest needs by assisting the Bartender and Server to stock supplies, clear tables, and complete guest requests. They will assist with delivering food and beverages and clearing dishes and resetting tables during dinner service.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

Schedule & Hours

• This can be a full‑time or part‑time position.
