Hai Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant / Server for Loro, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, located at 1812 N Haskell Rd. You will learn the menu, assist with on-floor service, and support bartenders to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to identify safety issues and follow guidelines.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, and equipment up to 50 lbs and restock as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with the menu and current specials.
• Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through training.
• Be active on the floor, assist with side work and table bussing
• Reset tables, polish glassware, and stock supplies
• Assist bartenders to enhance guest service
• Deliver food and explain each dish to guests
• Receive and manage curbside orders for waiting guests
