Hai Hospitality is hiring a Server Assistant / Server to support the front of house at LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar. The role focuses on running food, bussing and resetting tables, and helping bartenders while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs and restock as needed.
• Stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a neat, hygienic workspace and proper uniform.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with menu items and specials.
• Be on the floor assisting with running side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist Bartenders and deliver food to guests.
• Handle curbside orders when applicable.
