Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, are seeking a Server Assistant/Server to support the Front of House. As the backbone of service, you will be the primary food runner, keep the dining room, expo line, and bar organized, and help reset tables quickly.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods.
• Capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and moving tables/chairs.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with our menu, specials, and cuisine.
• Assist on the floor as needed and run side work.
• Deliver food, explain dishes, and assist bartenders to enhance guest experience.
• Receive and organize curbside orders and stock supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and reconfigure seating as needed.
