Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, in Dallas, TX, are accepting applications for Server Assistant / Server. Server Assistants make about $600-$800 in tips per week; fully trained can move into Bartender with higher wages. Loro is located at 1812 N Haskell Rd.

You’ll acquaint yourself with the menu, learn about beer, wine, and cocktails, be on the floor assisting with side work, bus and reset tables, and deliver food. curbside orders will be managed for guests waiting outside.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team required.
• Ability to identify safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with menu and specials to assist guests.
• Learn beverages through peer-led training.
• Be present on the floor and assist with side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders and deliver food to guests.
• Manage curbside orders for guests waiting outside.
