Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, are seeking a Server Assistant / Server to support the front of house and ensure smooth dining room operations. You will act as a primary food runner, maintain cleanliness, and help reset tables as part of a dynamic team.

A path to Bartender exists with increased responsibilities and wages; prior performance and training will influence advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry trays and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with our menu and offerings.
• Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through training.
• Be on the floor assisting with side work and running service.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders with service to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food and explain dishes to guests.
• Receive and deliver curbside orders to guests outside.
