Job summary

Hai Hospitality Group, owner of LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is seeking a Server Assistant/Server to support front-of-house operations in a fast-paced dining room.

You will be the backbone of service, learning the menu details, assisting on the floor, delivering food, and helping maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere for guests. Opportunities to advance to bartending with increased responsibilities are available.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle service items.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain neat and hygienic appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper equipment handling.
• Adapt to varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with menu, specials, and cuisine.
• Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through training.
• Be on the floor, assisting with side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders with all aspects of service to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food and explain each dish.
• Receive, organize, and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside.
