Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front of house and ensure a high standard of service. You will stay engaged on the floor, assist with side work, and help reset dining areas after service, with a clear path to advancing into a bartender role.

You should be capable of lifting, standing for long periods, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while learning beverage programs and restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn menu, beer, wine, and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary food runner and assist on the floor.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders and deliver food to guests.
• Receive and organize curbside orders and help maintain a clean dining area.
