Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is accepting applications for Server Assistant / Server. The position is the backbone of the Front of House, focusing on food running, table maintenance, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, and equipment up to 50 lbs; stock inventory.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with our menu, specials, and cuisine.
• Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through beverage training.
• Be on the floor, assist with side work and running duties.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food and explain dishes to guests.
• Receive and deliver curbside orders.
