Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, are seeking a Server Assistant / Server to support front-of-house operations. The role focuses on food running, bussing, and table resets, with room to grow into a Bartender position with increased responsibilities and wages.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs and restock as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain professional and hygienic appearance and uniform.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with our menu, specials, and cuisine.
• Learn beer, wine, and cocktails through peer-led beverage training.
• Be present and active on the floor, assisting with running side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist Bartenders with all aspects of service to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver food to guests and explain each dish.
• Receive, organize, and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside.
