Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality at Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Server Assistant for the Garden Room, a fine dining setting where precision, teamwork and guest care are essential. You will prepare dining areas, assist servers, and uphold Forbes service standards.

You will clear and reset tables, manage side work, and help deliver a flawless dining experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest service.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Remain organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Learn and use POS systems and restaurant technology.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must meet legal age or certification requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables.
• Prepping for service.
• Take used plates and bring to dishwashing area.
• Provide highest quality of service to customers.
• Arranging dining room per Garden Room standards.
• Run food and bus tables.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests to Forbes standards.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 20–25 lbs as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and restaurant.
