Job Opportunity: Server Assistant at Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor

The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/bwicchh-hilton-baltimore/) is seeking a motivated Server Assistant to join their team. This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, near Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk.

Ideal Candidate: Previous high-volume restaurant experience as a server assistant or similar role. Reliability, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.

Shift Pattern: Shifts may include AM, PM, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Pay Rate: $18.54 - $20.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report defects
• Stock, maintain, and clean service stations
• Assist servers with table service, including serving beverages and breads
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
