The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a motivated Server Assistant to join their team! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, with nearby attractions including museums, the National Aquarium, and the Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk.

Ideal candidates have previous high-volume restaurant experience as a server assistant or similar role. We seek reliable individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: Shifts may include AM, PM, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Pay Rate: $18.54-20.60 per hour

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Server Assistant, you will set and clear dining tables, stock service stations, and support the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Setting and preparing tables, including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting defects
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning food stations
• Assisting servers with table service, such as serving beverages and bread
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
