Job Description - Housekeeping Houseperson - Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor (HOT0BL01)

Our ideal candidate has previous housekeeping houseperson experience from working in hotels, has a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Shift Pattern: 8:30AM-5PM on Weekdays and 9:30AM-6PM on Weekends. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Pay Rate: $18.54 - $20.60 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel, and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding service and support hotel operations. Specific tasks include:

• Cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, and disposing of trash
• Greeting guests warmly
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Stocking and maintaining supplies in storage areas
• Performing deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assisting with guest requests and cleaning tasks
