Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is seeking a Server Assistant / Server to join our Front of House team in Addison, Texas. You’ll help maintain a high level of service by keeping the dining room, expo line, and bar organized and running smoothly.

As a Server Assistant you’ll learn our menu, beverages, and service standards, with potential growth into a Bartender role. We value hospitality, teamwork, and a professional appearance, and offer medical, dental, and vision options

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Detect safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs and restock inventory.
• Stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Work in varying temperatures and reconfigure seating as needed.
• Maintain neat, hygienic workspace and proper uniform.

Responsibilities

• Know the menu, specials, and cuisine; use provided info to succeed.
• Learn beer, wine, and cocktails through beverage training.
• Be present on the floor, assist with side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist Bartenders to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food to guests and explain dishes.
• Receive, organize, and deliver curbside orders to guests outside.
