Job summary

Hai Hospitality is hiring a Server Assistant/Server to support front-of-house operations in the Houston area. You’ll assist with serving, food delivery, bussing, table resets, and floor coverage while learning about beer, wine, and cocktails through on-the-floor training.

Eligible candidates will engage guests, maintain safety and cleanliness, and have the opportunity to grow within the company as we promote from within and offer dining discounts along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure dining room environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary food runner and server assistant on the floor.
• Deliver food and explain dishes to guests; reset and bus tables.
• Assist bartenders and support staff to enhance guest experience.
• Stock supplies and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
