Job summary

Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, are seeking a Server Assistant/Server to support Front of House operations. You will be the backbone of service, running food, resetting tables, and assisting bartenders to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move trays and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and busy settings.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with the menu, specials, and cuisine.
• Be on the floor actively assisting with running side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders and deliver food to guests.
• Handle curbside orders and communicate with guests.
