Samurai - Miami is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team and deliver an exceptional dining experience at THE ONE GROUP brand. You will help set tables, assist servers, and ensure guests are warmly attended to throughout their visit.

Join a fast-paced hotel-restaurant environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction are paramount. Must be able to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain elevated dining standards
• Collaborate with servers to deliver food and answer guest questions
• Run food and drinks efficiently and ensure accurate table placement
• Pre-bus, reset tables between courses, and maintain flow
• Clear and clean tables quickly and maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and front-of-house tasks
• Communicate effectively with team to boost efficiency
