Job summary

The ONE GROUP in Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to support our service team and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

You will set tables, assist servers, deliver food and drinks, and help create an elevated, seamless dining experience for guests. This role requires energy, guest-focused attitude, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent guest service and maintain high dining standards.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Basic English proficiency for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment
