The ONE Group is seeking a Server Assistant in San Francisco to support the service team by setting tables, delivering food, and ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience. You will anticipate needs, assist servers, and uphold high service standards.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, multi-task in a busy setting, and communicate effectively with guests and staff. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow; maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized.
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
