The One Group is seeking a Server Assistant to support the server team and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will help keep tables ready, promptly clear and reset, and ensure guests receive attentive service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver water, bread service, and condiments to guests as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, stations, and floors.
• Ensure table settings are clean and properly arranged before seating.
