THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant at Benihana - Mall of America to support our service team in delivering an elevated dining experience. You will help set tables, assist servers, and ensure guests receive timely, attentive service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organized service areas and dining spaces.
• Assist with table setups and stocking service stations.
