The ONE GROUP is hiring a Server Assistant to support our service team and ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience. You will help set tables, deliver food, and maintain the high standards of service across our venues.

Key duties include assisting servers, pre-bussing, and keeping dining areas clean and organized while adhering to health regulations. A readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with compensation described as minimum wage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers to deliver food, answer questions, and maintain table standards.
• Assist with running food and drinks accurately and efficiently.
• Pre-bus, clear, and reset tables between courses to maintain flow.
• Keep areas clean and organized for smooth service.
• Assist with station setup, stocking, and front-of-house tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team to improve speed and efficiency.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to ensure safety.
