The ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team on-site and ensure a superior dining experience. You will help set tables, assist servers, and maintain high standards of service throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates demonstrate guest-focused hospitality, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and reliable teamwork. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with basic English for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bus, clear, and reset tables between courses quickly.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and dining spaces.
• Stock service stations and assist with front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team to improve efficiency and speed.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to keep a safe work environment.
