Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Manhattan, KS is seeking a friendly restaurant team member to deliver outstanding service. You will greet guests within one minute of seating, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks with a courteous, timely approach.

You will upsell appetizers, fried rice, and desserts, handle payments, bus and reset tables, and help the host when needed. The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to work a fast-paced shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of being seated to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Take accurate orders and enter them promptly; follow table-to-terminal guidelines.
• Serve food and beverages courteously and timely; run food and assist with side work.
• Process guest payments accurately and promptly; manage seating when needed.
• Bus and reset tables; maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and adjacent areas.
• Support host staff and answer phones when needed; monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns.
