Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Omaha, NE seeks an upbeat server to ensure an exceptional dining experience and drive guest satisfaction. You will greet guests promptly, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments with care, while maintaining restaurant cleanliness.

You will work in a fast-paced team, promote menu items, provide responsible alcohol service where allowed, and help with hosting, bussing, and resetting tables as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol (per state regulations).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests within one minute of being seated.
• Enter orders accurately and promptly to the point of sale system.
• Serve food and beverages in a courteous, timely manner.
• Provide responsible alcohol service according to company policies and state laws.
• Answer phones and assist hosts when needed; help seating guests.
• Bus tables and reset dining areas; run food and refills.
• Process guest payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, floors, restrooms, and entryways.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to management.
