Job summary

Oswego Grill in the Portland metro area is seeking motivated servers for part-time and full-time roles. The restaurant operates in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with opportunities for growth and development as the company expands.

We offer on-site positions with emphasis on customer service, menu recommendations, and teamwork. OLCC service permits and food handler certifications are required, and successful candidates will thrive in a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Offer expertise in menu and food/beverage recommendations; explain chef specialties, identify appropriate wines, and answer inquiries.
• Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen; track dietary needs and special requests.
• Show attentiveness to guests by delivering and removing dishes, refilling glasses, and fulfilling requests.
• Create checks, accept payment, and deliver bills with change or credit card.
