The Granite Grill in Richmond, Virginia, is hiring part-time and full-time servers to join our team! We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Servers are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values.

Servers are the face of the restaurant and leave a lasting impression by:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations
• Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards
• Anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests
• Handling payments
• Working as part of a team to prepare the restaurant for service and keep the shift moving smoothly including side work and pre-bussing

What we are looking for
