Job summary

The Granite Grill Glenlake in Raleigh, North Carolina, is hiring servers to join our opening team of this highly anticipated new full service restaurant. Training starts in November, and we seek energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Servers are the face of the restaurant, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, recommending menu items, and delivering food with presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full service restaurant
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts per week
• Must be 18 years of age, proficient in English, and able to stand and move about the restaurant for the duration of the shift.

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Servers are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values.

The Granite Grill is a new upscale, classic American grill located in West Raleigh's Glenlake Development where Creedmoor Road meets Edwards Mill. We will being training in November.

Our menu features seafood, steaks, signature burgers, salads, and familiar appetizers deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. Our stylish new space includes a well-stocked bar, spacious covered patio, comfy leather booths, and a cozy private event space.
