The Granite Grill Glenlake in Raleigh, North Carolina, is hiring part-time and full-time servers to join our opening team of this highly anticipated new full service restaurant! We will begin training in November.

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Servers are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values.

Competenze

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts per week.
• Must be 18 years of age and proficient in English.

Servers are the face of the restaurant and leave a lasting impression by:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Providing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations

• Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards

• Anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests

• Handling payments

• Working as part of a team to prepare the restaurant for service and keep the shift moving smoothly including side work and pre-bussing

What we are looking for

The Granite Grill is a new upscale, classic American grill located in West Raleigh's Glenlake Development where Creedmoor Road meets Edwards Mill. We will being training in November.

Our menu features seafood, steaks, signature burgers, salads, and familiar appetizers deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. Our stylish new space includes a well-stocked bar, spacious covered patio, comfy leather booths, and a cozy private event space. Our focus on exceptional service and consistent food and drink create an experience that turns guests into regulars. The Granite Grill is owned and operated by Big Kitchen Hospitality. We also own and operate Tazza Kitchen and have been a part of the Raleigh restaurant community for over 12 years.
