The Granite Grill in Richmond, Virginia is seeking part-time Hosts/Greeters to join our team. You will greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and help seat guests while supporting servers during service. Training is provided to learn our steps of service and menu details.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability and 3 shifts per week are preferred.

The Granite Grill in Richmond, Virginia, is hiring part-time hosts to join our team! We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Hosts are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values.

Greeters are the face of the restaurant and leave a lasting impression by:

• Creating a great first impression when greeting guests with warmth and professionalism

• Managing the reservation system accurately and efficiently

• Promptly seating guests

• Providing customer service when managing the phone lines

• Supporting the other server staff to clear tables and run dishes

• Anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests

• Working as part of a team to prepare the restaurant for service and keep the shift moving smoothly

What we are looking for

• Previous hosting experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
