Job summary

The Granite Grill in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking part-time hosts to join our opening team. Training will begin in November. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Hosts are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values. If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to learn, apply today.

Qualifications

• Previous hosting experience is a plus, but training is provided
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts per week
• Must be 17 years of age, proficient in English, and able to stand and move about the restaurant for the duration of the shift

• Managing the reservation system accurately and efficiently
• Promptly seating guests
• Providing customer service when managing the phone lines

About The Granite Grill

The Granite Grill is a new upscale, classic American grill located in the Glenlake Development where Creedmoor Road turns into Edwards Mill. Training will begin in November.

Our menu features seafood, steaks, signature burgers, salads, and familiar appetizers deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. Our stylish new space includes a well-stocked bar, spacious covered patio, comfy leather booths, and a cozy private event space.
