The Granite Grill in Richmond, VA is seeking energetic part-time Hosts/Greeters to join our team. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and assist in seating while delivering friendly, attentive service.

We train in steps of service, menus, and company values, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. Flexible evenings/weekends and at least 3 shifts weekly are required; 17+ years old and English proficient are prerequisites.

Formación

• Previous hosting experience is a plus, but training will be provided
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts per week
• Must be 17 years of age and proficient in English

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and create a great first impression
• Manage the reservation system accurately and efficiently
• Seat guests promptly
• Provide customer service when handling phone lines
• Support other server staff to clear tables and run dishes
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests
• Work as part of a team to prep the restaurant for service and keep shifts moving smoothly
