Job summary

The Granite Grill Glenlake in Raleigh, North Carolina, is hiring part-time and full-time servers to join our opening team of this highly anticipated new full service restaurant! We will begin training in November.

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Servers are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts per week.
• Must be 18 years of age and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests.
• Handling payments.
• Working as part of a team to prepare the restaurant for service and keep the shift moving smoothly including side work and pre-bussing.
