Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team at The Oaks at Nipomo, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service attitude, and must obtain necessary certifications and clearances within 30 days of hire. Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Must have current serve safe certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette.
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Must have current serve safe certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
