Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team at The Oaks at Nipomo, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service attitude, and must obtain necessary certifications and clearances within 30 days of hire. We offer competitive pay, daily pay programs, complimentary meals, and full benefits available after just 30 days. Join us in providing excellent care to seniors in a warm and inspiring environment.

Competenze

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Must have current serve safe certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette.
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Must have current serve safe certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
