Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team at Westmont of Morgan Hill, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

The server will provide friendly, high-quality service to residents, maintain sanitation standards, and follow proper serving etiquette. Requirements include clean background, health screening, and current first aid or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must pass all health screens (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents with courtesy following proper etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas.
• Assist with dining operations and support the kitchen staff as needed.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
