Job summary

Westmont Living's Oaks at Nipomo is seeking a compassionate server to support dining operations for assisted living residents. You will assist in plating, serving, and maintaining a clean dining area, while delivering friendly, patient-centered service to residents and guests.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and adherence to serving etiquette, with opportunities for benefits after probation. Training is provided to ensure consistent, high-quality resident dining experiences.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Must have current serve safe certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
