Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking compassionate servers to join the Riverside dining team, delivering friendly service to our senior residents in a caring environment.

As part of the dining team, you will follow proper serving etiquette, assist with meals, and maintain health and safety standards while contributing to a homelike atmosphere at Westmont of Riverside.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service attitude.
• Must pass health screen (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests in dining areas following proper etiquette (serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses).
• Adhere to sanitary guidelines per company policies and state/local regulations.
• Support a clean, safe, and pleasant dining environment for seniors.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
