Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. of La Mesa, CA seeks a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will deliver friendly service to residents, follow serving etiquette, and uphold sanitary guidelines.

Requirements include criminal record clearance, health screen(s), first aid, and CPR/ServSafe certification. A strong customer service attitude is essential; training and benefits are provided after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service attitude.
• Adhere to serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses).
• Adhere to sanitary guidelines per company policies and state/local regulations.
• CPR/ServSafe certification is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive dining service to residents.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and sequence.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards in dining areas.
• Assist with meal service and clearing tables as needed.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
• CPR/ServSafe Certified
