Job summary

Westmont Living in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team and provide friendly, high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass health screen (Physical), TB, drug test as required
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
• Strong customer service attitude
• Adhere to sanitary guidelines and serving etiquette

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents following left-side serving etiquette
• Clear dishes between courses and assist with table setups
• Ensure compliance with state and company sanitary guidelines
• Provide friendly, attentive service and responsiveness to resident needs

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
