Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team at Westmont of Cypress, a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will serve meals with a resident-first attitude in a homelike setting and adhere to all sanitation guidelines.

We offer competitive pay, daily pay, paid holidays, and benefits. Candidates must clear background checks and health screenings and obtain basic first aid within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Adhere to sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining service to residents and guests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and service stations.
• Follow serving techniques and etiquette as trained (left side service, clearing between courses).

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Strong customer service attitude.

• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)

• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
