Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team at Westmont of Encinitas, an assisted living community in California. You will serve residents with courtesy, help maintain a clean dining area, and follow safety and sanitary guidelines while providing excellent customer service.

This role includes benefits eligibility, training, and a supportive work environment designed for teamwork with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screens such as Physical, TB, drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests in the dining room with warmth and hospitality.
• Assist with meal service and pickup, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

• Strong customer service attitude.

• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)

• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
