Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Manager, SEO and AI Content Optimization to enhance the company’s online content for search visibility and AI compatibility. You will refresh existing content, craft headers and metadata, and guide marketing teams on SEO best practices across geographies.

The role requires a strong background in SEO, content writing, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on data-driven decisions and staying current with AI-enabled search trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in SEO and content optimization with track record of organic/search gains.
• Strong ability to analyze content performance and translate findings into actions.
• Experience partnering with editorial/brand teams to meet SEO/GEO standards.
• Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles for YMYL content and multiple CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and refresh jll.com content for search and AI visibility.
• Write shortform copy for headers, summaries, metadata and FAQs.
• Identify content gaps and coordinate editorial calendars.
• Advise on content development for visibility across platforms.
• Monitor content performance and conduct quarterly audits.
