This role emphasizes analysis, optimization, and enablement rather than content creation, working closely with Marketing Operations to elevate firm content visibility and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, computer science, data analytics is required.
• 3–5 years in SEO, content optimization, or digital marketing with hands-on GEO/AEO work.
• Experience with prompt benchmarking, AI citation analysis, and content optimization for conversational surfaces.
• Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and semantic HTML; CMS proficiency.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and back recommendations with data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how firm content performs across digital channels and identify gaps, then translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct keyword and prompt research and map results to marketing plans.
• Advise on content structure for machine retrieval, including schema, metadata, and internal linking; coordinate with channel SMEs to implement.
• Review content prior to publication and provide optimization guidance without delaying pipelines.
• Run tests and experiments, document what works, and scale successful approaches.
