Ladders is seeking an SEO/AEO Manager to lead the organic search strategy with a strong focus on technical SEO, content performance, and AI-driven search visibility. You will partner with content, product, and cross-functional teams to boost discoverability, traffic quality, and pipeline impact.

The role requires strong analytical rigor to monitor performance, surface insights, and guide ongoing optimization across traditional and next-gen search channels.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with accountability for organic traffic and pipeline metrics
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture and structured data
• Experience building AEO strategy and tracking metrics from AI answer engines
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose ranking drops and identify search opportunities
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and content gap analysis

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO program end to end, including technical SEO and content strategy
• Lead technical SEO execution, focusing on site architecture and Core Web Vitals
• Build and evolve the AEO strategy for AI visibility
• Conduct keyword research and intent analysis to inform content strategy
• Monitor performance across traditional and next-gen SEO metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards to communicate organic performance insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with business priorities
